IAQIC was called by Memphis Urban League to perform IAQ Assessment at their approximately 3000 sqft. facility.  We used a combination of a particulate, air and VOC (Volatile Organic Compound)  sampling methods to compile a thorough IAQ report.
IAQIC won the bid to remove asbestos tiles from 2 bathrooms at Old Hickory Church of Christ.
IAQIC was called to assess mold contamination concerns on the top floor apartment at the Rivermark Apartments.  We used a combination of particulate, air, wall cavity, and tape samples to determine the affect areas.  Once discovered remediation protocol was initiated.

IAQIC won the bid to safely abate mold and asbestos ceiling cover from 11 rooms in the Nursing and Rehabiliation Center.
IAQIC was awarded the bid to abate 150 lead based wood windows, install covering under (3) crawlspaces and do water proofing to each basement area to 3 separate approximately 3000 sqft dwellings.
IAQIC was called to perorm a IAQ assessment the this property. After receiving test results, IAQIC was awarded the water mitigation and mold clean up contract.
